  • Leading our guests through the sales cycle utilizing the “Toyota Way”
  • Continual learning and education (products & promotions)
  • Meet or exceed monthly & quarterly sales & guest experience benchmarks
  • Lead generation

The ideal candidate will also have the following qualifications & requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year sales and/or marketing experience (automotive sales experience is not required)
  • Degree or diploma in business a strong asset
  • Willingness to continually learn and improve skills
  • Valid class G driver’s license with no major convictions
  • Clear criminal background check

Compensation: After completing our probationary period, average performers can expect to earn between $55 and $80k. This position is uncapped in earning potential and top performers can earn a six figure income.

Guest Relations Specialist/Service Advisor

As our after sales service continues to grow, we are looking for someone to assist our Service Manager in managing our guest’s experience. The ideal Guest Relations Specialist/Service Advisor candidate will exhibit and/or be able to give examples of the following core values:

The main responsibilities include:

  • Assist Service Manager with ensuring all Wayne Toyota & Toyota Canada policies and procedures related to the guest experience are being followed
  • Assist Service Manager with flow of work into the shop, utilizing dealer management software to help ensure an optimal guest experience and technician proficiency
  • Coordinate all internal service work between the sales, service and parts departments
  • Responsible for all service related customer relationship management software system tasks and upkeep
  • Promptly greet service guests in a friendly and courteous manner, making every reasonable effort to ensure the service experience is as pleasant as possible for each guest
  • Listen to the guest’s reasons for bringing their vehicle to the service department
  • Sell appropriate services and repairs suitable to guest requirements or concerns diagnosed by the technician
  • Provide accurate quotes for all services and repairs required and/or recommended
  • Ensure accuracy of guest information on file as well as accuracy of information regarding the concern, cause and correction on the repair order
  • Continual learning and education
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators of the dealership and Toyota Canada

The ideal candidate will also have the following qualifications & requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a service department role
  • Any previous leadership and/or management experience and/or automotive dealership experience is a strong asset
  • Passion for continually improving the guest’s experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills with guests and employees
  • Enjoy a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with a computer-based scheduling environment and easily learn new software
  • Willingness to continually learn and improve skills
  • Valid class G driver’s license with no major convictions
