Protect your investment & elevate your peace of mind with a Toyota Extra Care Protection Service Agreement. Your Toyota is built to last and covered by an extensive warranty. But the unexpected can still happen. That's why Toyota offers Toyota Extra Care Protection (ECP) Service Agreements.

 


If your vehicle needs to remain at a Toyota dealership overnight due to a covered component requiring longer than 8 hours to repair, we'll reimburse you for alternate transportation costs for up to 5 days. If needed parts are on back-order, you can be reimbursed for an additional 5 days.


An ECP Service Agreement also protects your budget against the rising cost of vehicle repairs all while protecting the resale value of your Toyota down the road. In fact, ECP is also fully transferable to a new owner if you choose to sell your Toyota during the term of your plan, adding to the value of your vehicle at the time of sale.

Beyond mechanical protection, ECP Service Agreements adds to your New Vehicle Roadside Assistance plan with additional features.

Trip Interruption reimburses you for hotel, meals, and transportation fees - up to $300 - if a component fails while you are more than 300 km from home.

On request, Travel Planning Assistance provides you with a personalized trip package including maps, alternate routes, points of interest, tour and accommodation directories, lists of Toyota dealerships, and entertainment en route.

* In the event that you run out of fuel, Toyota extra care roadside assistance will deliver gasoline to your stranded vehicle. Cost of gasoline included up to 5 litres.

* The maintenance services do not include any items that require periodic replacement, such as engine air filters, cabin air filters, wiper blades, belts, hoses, or brake pads. The 36 MTH/48K maintenance service for specific vehicles includes Brake fluid replacement and/or transfer case fluid replacement which is required as indicated in the Toyota Owner’s Manual Supplement. When it comes to mechanical components, the ECP Platinum Service Agreement Coverage is so comprehensive that there are only a few items that it does NOT cover.


About


Parts not covered are: all glass (mirrors, heated windshields and rear windows with defroster), fog lamps, lenses, sealed beams, lamps, light bulbs, tires (with the exception of ECP Road Hazard Coverage), wheels or wheel studs, trim, seat frames, convertible top, mouldings, weather-strips, bright metal, sheet metal, body parts (including frame), bumpers, upholstery, carpet, paint, brake rotors and drums, brake linings and pads, batteries and cables, manual clutch disc lining, pressure plate and bushings, throw-out bearings, catalytic converter (which may be covered by Emissions Control Systems Warranties), exhaust system, non-manufacturer installed accessories

In addition, maintenance services and parts; including all lubricants and filters, belts and hoses, wheel balancing or alignment, any adjustments for air and water leaks, wind noise, squeaks and rattles as well as alignment of bumpers, sheet metal, and body parts are not covered.


 


 

What's Eligible?

The plan covers original and replacement tires and rims, including summer, winter and all-season that have been purchased and installed at a Toyota dealership during the selected term.

What's Covered?

The plan covers expenses (including all parts and labour) involved in repairing or replacing a flat tire or replacing damaged rims (including alloy rims) caused by a valid road hazard*.
