Before coming for your appointment, please ensure you can answer ‘No’ to these questions:

  1. 1. Been in close contact with anyone exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 including fever, chills, cough that’s new or worsening, sore throat, lost sense of taste or smell or shortness of breath?
  2. 2. Traveled outside of Ontario in the last 14 days?
  3. 3. Been experiencing any of the following symptoms? Fever, chills, cough that's new or worsening, shortness of breath, sore throat, lost sense of taste or smell.

Our team members are being asked the same 3 questions prior to being able to come into the workplace.

 


Deep Cleaning & Physical Distancing

We continue to clean and disinfect frequent touch-points multiple times per day. For the safety of our employees and our clients, we have installed protective shields on each one of our employees desks. In compliance with the mandated physical distancing, we have labels marked on the floor in front of each department to indicate how far apart employees and customers must stand.
