COVID-19 UPDATE

To Our Valued Customers:

Wayne Toyota is focused on the health and safety of our team members, our customers and our community. As we are currently in the COVID-19 pandemic, our dealership remains open with the following restrictions in place:
SALES

Our showroom is OPEN. Sales appointments are encouraged but are not necessary. If you'd like to book a sales appointment:

During your scheduled appointment or walk-in visit, we will have your test drive vehicle completely sanitized from the outside door handles to the steering wheel, shifter, entertainment system, climate controls, seat beat and buckle and overhead mirror.
We are only allowing a MAXIMUM OF 26 OCCUPANTS in the showroom at this time.

Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
Saturday 10:00am to 4:00pm

If you require sales assistance but are not comfortable coming into our dealership, you can use our Shop From Home tool. This is a step by step guide which helps you in finalizing your price, sign any documents electronically, fill out any credit applications if needed and take delivery of your new vehicle - contact free.
You can also have your vehicle appraised and view our warranty and protection packages, all from the comfort of your own home.
SERVICE
Our Service Drive-Thru is TEMPORARILY CLOSED. Customers that are bringing their vehicle in for their scheduled service appointments are asked to park their car in any of the open parking spots along the side or back of the building and enter through the service reception door that is facing Balmoral St. Before entering our service drive-thru please have your vehicle mileage with you. We are only allowing a MAXIMUM OF 8 OCCUPANTS in the Service Drive-Thru and Customer Lounge at this time.
PLEASE DO NOT PARK YOUR VEHICLE IN FRONT OF THE DRIVE-THRU DOORS.
Our Customer Lounge with complimentary beverage station and Customer Shuttle are still available. Our Customer Shuttle is operating by first come first serve basis. Please let your Service Advisor know if you need a shuttle ride to and from your destination and they will add you to the list. Our shuttle is sanitized after each ride and only 2 people from each immediate household is allowed inside the shuttle. All guests who use our customer shuttle are required to wear a face mask.

For the safety of our customers, employees and their families, we respectfully ask that you not come in and reschedule your appointment if you have symptoms of fever, cough, restricted breathing, fatigue, exhaustion, have been around anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or if you have recently travelled outside of Northwestern Ontario.
PARTS

Our parts department is OPEN with curb-side pickup still available.
If you'd like to order parts via curb-side pickup, please call, email or place your order online. All part orders MUST be pre-paid at the time of ordering. Once your order is placed, we will package your items and give you a call when your order is ready for pick up. When you arrive for your order, please park in front of the main doors of our dealership and call 623-1115 or 623-8842 to let us know you are here. A member of our parts department will meet you outside your vehicle with your order ready.

Deep Cleaning & Physical Distancing

We continue to clean and disinfect frequent touch-points multiple times per day. For the safety of our team members and our customers, we have installed sneeze shields at each one of our team members desks, marked our floors to make physical distancing easier and have hand sanitizing stations at every entrance.
