This is a step by step guide which helps you in finalizing your price, sign any documents electronically, fill out any credit applications if needed and taking delivery of your new vehicle - all contact free.

Speak With One Of Our Product Advisors

One of our friendly and knowledgeable Product Advisors will be available to answer all of your questions and do a virtual walk around video of the vehicle for you.

Finalize Your Price

Finalize your vehicle's purchase price over the phone or via Zoom or FaceTime, if preferred.

Step 4 Image

Financial Services

One of our Financial Services Managers will contact you via phone or Zoom or FaceTime, if preferred, to review the Bill of Sale and to do a credit application if necessary.

Step 5 Image

Electronic Documents & Signatures

All documents will be sent electronically to you and all signatures will be done electronically utilizing Docusign and/or Toyota Financial Services e-contracts.

Step 6 Image

Contactless Vehicle Delivery

We will deliver your vehicle to you within city limits* or set up an alternate location if outside of city limits. Wayne Toyota will provide a 24 hour or 100 km return policy** for peace of mind in lieu of a test drive.

*Vehicle will only be available for contactless delivery within the Thunder Bay and district area ranging from Dryden to Marathon.
**Return policy starts effective the time the Wayne Toyota representative leaves your location and is the lesser of 24 hours or 100 kilometres, whichever comes first. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition it was delivered.
