The Crown is back in Canada after almost 40 years & it’s making a return with the most recent and advanced features that a Toyota Sedan has to offer.
PERFORMANCE
The 2023 Crown has two available powertrain options, Toyota’s 4th Generation Hybrid system & the HYBRID MAX which is available on Platinum models. The 4th Generation Hybrid system provides strong performance while still being fuel efficient. The HYBRID MAX, with two electric motors, adds powerful acceleration and an estimated 340 net horsepower all while being highly responsive and compact. The Crown also features a standard Electronic On-Demand All-Wheel Drive creating a stable and secure drive.
DESIGN
When it comes to design, the new Toyota Crown breaks the mould for Toyota sedans and the industry at large. Its signature “raised body” style allows for better visibility as well as easier entries and exits. The SUV-like height mixed with the sleek coupe-inspired design make the Crown a vehicle that never compromises.
SAFETY & TECHNOLOGY
Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 & Multimedia System round out the features that make the Crown a truly elevated sedan.
The Toyota Multimedia System’s 12.3 display audio head unit paired with the all-new 12.3-inch touchscreen is a first for Toyota. Touch and voice activation enhances the convenience of Drive Connect, Intelligent Assistant and Cloud-based navigation features.
The newest Toyota Safety Sense features major upgrades with the use of system sensors and enhanced detection capability. These include Automatic High Beams, Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection, Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, Lane Departure Alert with Steering Assist, and Lane Tracing Assist. Additional safety features include Rear Seat Reminder, Blind Spot Monitor, Rear Cross Traffic Alert & Hill Start Assist Control.
