Full Job Description

If you are the best-of-the-best in your industry then we would like to hear from you! Upscale food service/bartending, furniture & large appliance sales as well as electronic/technology sales are some of the industries that can have a strong head start in automotive. While average performers can expect to earn $60-90k per year, our team currently has a number of six figure earners on it!

As the #1 selling retail volume dealer in Northwestern Ontario for the past 2 years, Wayne Toyota continues to grow. We have been recognized by Toyota Canada for national excellence, reaching the top 25 in customer satisfaction for sales & service since 2021 as part of the President’s Club. With 247 dealers in Canada, this is something that we are truly proud of.

As a result, our Sales team is looking to expand. We are looking for a proven professional that is willing to pair their talents and abilities for high quality customer care and results in our industry leading environment. With a full line up of high quality vehicles to choose from, you will have the confidence to work side-by-side with our guests and help them find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. The ideal Vehicle Product Advisor candidate will exhibit and/or be able to give examples of the following core values:

The main responsibilities include:
  • Leading our guests through the sales cycle utilizing the “Toyota Way”
  • Continual learning and education (products & promotions)
  • Meet or exceed monthly & quarterly sales & guest experience benchmarks
  • Lead generation


Qualifications

  • 1 year sale and/or marketing experience would be an asset but not required
  • Degree or diploma in business a strong asset but not required
  • Willingness to continually learn and improve skills
  • Valid class G driver's license with no major convictions
  • Clear criminal background check

Compensation: After completing our probationary period, average performers can expect to earn between $65 and $90k. This position is uncapped in earning potential and top performers can earn a six figure income.
