Full Job Description

The Tire & Lube Technician is responsible for the actual servicing or repair of customers and dealership vehicles as assigned by Service Management or designated representative.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Diagnose, service, and repair vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.
  • Complete all repairs safely, accurately, and efficiently while following established procedures.
  • Document completed work and identify any additional repairs or maintenance required.
  • Perform quality control checks, including pre- and post-repair inspections and test drives.
  • Maintain a clean and professional work environment and ensure customer vehicles are returned in excellent condition.
  • Safely handle and dispose of automotive fluids, chemicals, and other materials.
  • Communicate additional repair needs clearly with Service Advisors and utilize dealership systems to manage repair orders.
  • Maintain required tools and equipment and use specialty tools as directed.
  • Participate in ongoing technical training, service bulletins, and manufacturer training programs.
  • Follow all dealership safety, uniform, attendance, and operational standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Service Management.


Qualifications

  • Some mechanical aptitude is necessary
  • Ownership of basic automotive tools required to do the job
  • Valid class G driver’s license with no major convictions
  • Clear criminal background check
  • Willingness to continually learn and improve mechanical skills

Full Job Description

The Vehicle Detailer plays an integral role in supporting the detail department and customer Toyota Touch experience. The job encompasses handling all aspects of reconditioning pre-owned vehicles and preparing all vehicles for delivery to our customers.

The main responsibilities include:

  • New and pre-owned vehicle detailing. This includes washing, vacuuming, polishing and preparing vehicles for the dealership lot and client delivery
  • Application and installation of vehicle protection products such as paint, fabric and rust
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • Valid class G driver’s license with no major convictions (driver’s abstract required)

Full Job Description

The Parts Advisor is the Dealership’s parts sales representative. The job encompasses supplying the required parts and accessories to guests, wholesale clients and technicians, receiving and storing parts, and the accurate performance of designated administrative duties.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to retail, wholesale, and internal customers while identifying parts needs and provide accurate pricing and availability.
  • Order, receive, stock, and maintain parts inventory while identifying and reporting discrepancies or damaged shipments.
  • Accurately pick and prepare parts for technicians, service orders, and wholesale customers.
  • Process parts invoices, maintain customer and special-order records, track outstanding orders, and document lost sales.
  • Work closely with Parts, Service, and Sales teams to communicate parts availability, special orders, backorders, and product applicability.
  • Complete regular cycle counts, assist with year-end inventory, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Participate in required training and stay current with relevant parts, service, and technical information.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and work environment while following all dealership safety, operational, and customer service standards.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an automotive dealership parts environment
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related discipline
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Valid class G driver’s license with a clean drivers abstract
  • Clean criminal background check
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively under minimal supervision.

Full Job Description

The Customer Care Specialist (CES) serves as a key customer-facing role within the dealership and is often the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and callers. This position is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by greeting customers, supporting service reception operations, and providing administrative assistance across multiple departments.

The main responsibilities include:

CUSTOMER SERVICE & GUEST EXPERIENCE

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and callers, creating a welcoming and professional experience.
  • Assist customers by identifying their needs and connecting them with the appropriate department or team member.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
  • Maintain a positive customer experience throughout all interactions.


SERVICE RECEPTION

  • Support the service check-in process, including gathering customer and vehicle information.
  • Complete vehicle walkarounds and inspections in accordance with dealership standards.
  • Whenever possible, perform the vehicle walkaround with the customer present, documenting and verbally identifying any existing damage or concerns during the video inspection.
  • Communicate all findings, customer concerns, and potential repair opportunities to the Service Advisor.
  • Accurately document customer concerns, requested services, and appointment details.


ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

  • Maintain accurate customer records and dealership documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to Service, Sales, Parts, Financial Services, and Accounting departments as required.
  • Assist with customer communication, dealership programs, and other operational initiatives.
  • Communicate all findings, customer concerns, and potential repair opportunities to the Service Advisor.
  • Contribute to the organization and upkeep of customer-facing areas and dealership systems.


PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT & TEAM SUPPORT

  • Participate in required training and ongoing professional development.
  • Follow dealership policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to support dealership goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and office software.
  • Experience with Google Workspace is considered an asset.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Valid Class G Driver’s Licence.
  • Satisfactory driver’s abstract with no major convictions.
  • Clear criminal background check.
